Research

The work of our group integrates fields of immunology, tumour biology and organ-specific functions. We employ state-of-the-art methodologies including various omics approaches and computational biology to investigate the mechanisms of interaction between cancer cells and immune cells as well as the regulation of respiratory immunity. We collaborate closely with clinical partners to analyse material from cancer patients as well as use experimental animal models to increase our understanding of basic biology and discover novel therapies.
